Description

Discover Salame Rustico from Salumificio di Franciacorta, a genuine gastronomic delight that encapsulates all the tradition and quality of Italian pork. Made from a careful selection of the best cuts of meat, the salami is flavoured with a mixture of salt, flavourings and spices, and packed into a natural casing. Slow curing in our cellar preserves its softness and texture, while the combination of ingredients gives the salami an intoxicating aroma and an intense red colour. When cut, the slices are compact and even, ideal for those who appreciate a medium texture and a delicate flavour.

Pair with local cheeses and a fine red wine.

All our pork comes from Parma and San Daniele Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) producers.
