Salame Margiola is originally from the heart of Franciacorta, and sometimes known as rete. This extraordinary salami is made from coarsely ground pork, enriched with spices, which give it great character and personality. The natural casing - generously sized - allows for long curing; the result is a compact slice with a bright red colour. Salami Margiola from Salumificio di Franciacorta is a very special product that adds a touch of excellence to every platter of cured meats.
Taste it on its own to fully appreciate its authenticity, or pair it with mature cheeses.
