Salame Franciacorta is a real gastronomic treat. It’s made using a recipe from Franciacorta which preserves the traditional flavours of rural life. The best cuts of Italian pork, combines with a process that respects the qualities of the meat, make this a connoisseur's salami, characterised by a perfect balance between lean and fat. The slow curing in our cellar gives the salami an extraordinary quality. With a mild flavour profile and a light touch with aromas and spices, Salame Franciacorta lends itself to a variety of combinations.
