Delicious Chicco Salamino is a small-sizes delicacy (about 30 g). It’s a mini Brescianetto salami, tied in strings of eight. The perfect choice if you love delicate flavours, thanks to the very fine grind and mild taste, enriched by a hint of spices. Made with the finest cuts of the very best Italian pork, each slice is compact and even, with a uniform red colour and well-distributed fat. Its characteristic aroma and short curing time make it ideal for immediate consumption.
Enjoy it as an aperitif, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine.
