Salumificio di Franciacorta presents an authentic and excellent cured ham: Prosciutto di Parma D.O.P. Its production follows the ancient Italian tradition, which involves drying the hams in the sunny hills of
Parma; the special climate of the area gives the product a truly delicious flavour. Made with the legs of Italian pigs, carefully selected as required.
Ideal in sandwiches, but also for more complex recipes.
Quality is guaranteed by the Parma Ham Consortium (Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma), which meticulously protects and controls production.
