Description
Our Prosciutto Cotto 15 is made from the highest quality ingredients. A traditional Italian ham made with fine pork, it’s deboned, then salted and cooked in the oven. Prosciutto Cotto 15 is ideal for everyone, including coeliacs (because it’s free from gluten and glutamate) and lactose intolerants (because contains no dairy proteins, milk powder, caseinates or lactose).

Ideal for first courses such as tagliatelle with ham and mushrooms, or pasta with ham, cream and peas.
