Description
The Salumificio di Franciacorta’s range of cured meats includes another variant of mild pancetta: Pancetta Strappata. The product, together with its rind, undergoes a process of trimming, salting, drying and curing lasting approximately two months. The result is a product that releases a very mild aroma, characterised by a remarkable delicacy.
To be enjoyed on its own, in thin slices, or accompanied by bread, focaccia and other baked goods.
All the meat comes from heavy Italian pigs.
