Description
Pancetta Coppata from Salumificio di Franciacorta is an evolution of the norcina tradition: it combines the flavour of pancetta with the leanness of coppa. The pancetta is stripped of fat, enriched with aromas and spices, then rolled around the coppa. It is then packed into casings, tied and slowly cured. Pancetta Coppata stands out for its mild aroma, delicate flavour and soft texture. Alternating red-pink and white layers.
Perfect paired with a tannic wine.
