Description

Our Lardo Pancetto is a cured meat product with a truly exceptional taste, thanks to marinating with salt and a mixture of aromatic herbs.
The production process begins with trimming, followed by resting in a special container, covered with salt and aromatic herbs in alternating layers. After three layers, it is covered with water and covered with a weighted lid. Curing follows. The flavour is delicate, the aroma spicy.  

Enjoy it on its own in very thin slices, or accompanied by polenta.

All the meat comes from heavy Italian pigs.
