Description

Lardo Aromatizzato from Salumificio di Franciacorta is a unique product. Its light pinkish white slices stand out for their delicate flavour and spicy aroma. The process follows the traditional stages: the meat is first trimmed and placed in containers; then it is marinated with salt and a mix of flavourings (including bay, sage, rosemary, cloves, cinnamon, juniper and nutmeg). This mixture, together with the salt and spices, makes Lardo Aromatizato from Salumificio di Franciacorta a truly exclusive product.

Ideal enjoyed in very thin slices, with polenta.

All our pork comes from Parma and San Daniele Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) producers.
