Our Carne Cotta di Cavallo is not only delicious, it’s also authentic. It’s obtained by processing prime cuts of horse meat: lean, high in protein, iron, zinc and vitamins. Its flavour is predominantly mild, with an aromatic aftertaste, thanks to the use of spices.
