Description
Our Bresaola di Cavallo is an exclusive and appetising cured meat. A typical dark red colour, it’s firm yet tender with an intense aroma. The production process starts with the selection of the best horse rump; this is followed by trimming, dry salting, brining for 8-10 days, drying and at least 2 months of curing.
Enjoy it on its own, very thinly sliced; or dressed with extra virgin olive oil and Grana Padano.
