Description
Our Cured Guanciale is beautifully mild. It’s produced from the cheeks of pigs born and raised in Italy, seasoned with salt and spices. Afterwards, the meat is left to rest in the cold and massaged to distribute the flavoured salt evenly. The preparation ends with a curing period of no less than 2-3 months.
Perfect for cooking an excellent carbonara or delicious bucatini all 'amatriciana.
Made from the cheeks of pigs born and raised in Italy by Parma and San Daniele Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) producers.
