Starting with a careful selection of cuts from the leg and throat of Italian pigs, we make our Salamella al Vino Brut. What sets it apart? As the name suggests, the addition of Franciacorta Brut DOCG wine, a special ingredient and typical of our region, which gives this sausage a delicate flavour and an incomparable bright colour. Our Salamella al Vino Brut is marketed as an exclusive, fresh high-quality sausage. The appearance is soft pink and the grind is fairly coarse: a detail that enhances the leanness of this product.
