As the name suggests, the addition of Franciacorta Brut DOCG wine, a special ingredient and typical of our region, which gives this sausage a delicate flavour and an incomparable bright colour. Our Salamella al Vino Brut is marketed as an exclusive, fresh high-quality sausage. The appearance is soft pink and the grind is fairly coarse: a detail that enhances the leanness of this product.
