A fine, lean, soft product with a bright red colour. The flavour is delicate, similar to culatello. A curing period of at least 100 days completes the production process.

Try it on its own, very thinly sliced, or with bread.

All our pork comes from Parma and San Daniele Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) producers.
