Description
Lonzino Stagionato from Salumificio di Franciacorta is one of the leanest cured meats offered by the company: in fact, it contains a very low percentage of fat, essential to give it the necessary softness. It is bright red with a few streaks of white. In the mouth it is tasty, but not salty; the aroma is delicate and slightly spicy. Curing in our cellar - never less than 90 days - concludes the production of this delicious product.
Ideal as an aperitif, thinly sliced, on its own or with bread. Pair with a medium-bodied red wine.
All the meat comes from heavy Italian pigs.
