A local product with a distinctive mild aroma.
Description
A local product with pleasing leanness, soft texture and mild flavour; the latter is due to the limited amount of spices used.
Made solely from Italian pork from selected farms, Salumificio di Franciacorta Coppa has a delicate flavour. When cut, it is characterised by the red colour of the lean part, alternating with the pinkish white the fat. The curing period is never less than 90 days.
To be enjoyed with flakes of pecorino or parmesan cheese.
All the meat comes from heavy Italian pigs.
