Description
We present our very tasty Bresaola della Valtellina PGI, produced from top round of beef, combined with a little salt and natural flavourings.
The curing takes place in an ideal climate, which gives the end result an exclusive aroma and an unmistakable flavour.
Ideal served with any product from the garden (tomatoes, courgettes, spinach, aubergines, peppers etc). Also wonderful as a pizza topping.
A Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) product obtained from bovines aged between 18 months and 4 years.
