Description
Our Sopressa is produced according to ancient recipes from the Brescia region; we make it by mixing lean meat, pork tongue and fat, resulting in an exclusive tender and flavourful product. The texture alternates between soft and more compact, due to the addition of tongue.
The typical pairing? With polenta, pulses and a slice of fresh bread.
