Description
Salumificio di Franciacorta’s specialities include Salame da Pentola. A delicious sausage made from a mix similar to that of seasoned salami, but modified to obtain a softer texture. It stands out from other boiled cured meats for its dry texture and the limited presence of spices and flavourings.
Ideal served as a single dish for special occasions, as an alternative to the more classic Cotechino.
A typical product from the Brescia valleys.
All the meat comes from heavy Italian pigs.
