Penne with broccoli, eggs and Franciacorta salami

320 gRigatoni
350 g Pre-cleaned broccoli
1 Egg
8 Slices of Franciacorta Salami, not too thin
Parmigiano Reggiano to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Preparation
Beat the egg, cut the Franciacorta Salami into small pieces and add it to the egg, then add a little Parmesan, a pinch of salt and pepper, mix well.
Boil the broccoli and cook the pasta in the same cooking water, finishing cooking together.
Drain the pasta al dente together with the broccoli in a colander with small holes.
Sauté the pasta and broccoli in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes; add the egg mixture and mix.
