Preparation
Knead the bread dough with your hands, adding enough olive oil and milk to obtain a soft consistency. Slice the Franciacorta Salami and cut into small squares; dice the provolone, and pit and chop the olives.
Chop the parsley, then incorporate all the ingredients into the dough and knead until you obtain a well-blended mixture. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls.
Grease a baking tray and place the bites on top, well spaced out. Sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper and salt. Bake the bites in a hot oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
To enjoy the best flavour of this dish, pair it with a fine red wine.
Buon appetito!
