Salumificio di Franciacorta Fiocchetto and Parmesan stars
For an aperitif or an appetiser, here's a tasty and quick dish.
Ingredients
makes about 17-19 stars:
1 roll puff pastry (a rectangular one will make more)
6-7 slices Salumificio di Franciacorta Fiocchetto
Parmesan flakes as required
Rocket washed and dried to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation
Unroll the puff pastry base, and use star-shaped cutters in three different sizes to make the bases of large, medium and small stars.
Now build the stars: use a little water to attach a medium star and then a small one onto a large base. Place all the stars on a large oven sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 190°C for about 7 minutes.
Allow to cool, then open each star in two halves, gently cutting them horizontally with a knife. Place on the base of each star a piece of Salumificio di Franciacorta Fiocchetto, a few leaves of rocket and some parmesan flakes, and a drop of extra virgin olive oil.
Cover each star with the other half and serve.
