Omelettes with Salumificio di Franciacorta Smoked Pancetta
A simple, tasty and easy to prepare appetiser; a visually refined and inviting dish.
Ingredients
1 sprig basil
24 slices of Salumificio di Franciacorta Smoked Pancetta
200 ml fresh cream
3 tbsp grated parmesan
Salt to taste
5 eggs

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the cream, cheese, salt and pepper; lastly add the torn basil leaves.
Take a muffin tray and line each mould with two slices of Salciacorta Smoked Pancetta so as to completely line the surface. Pour the egg mixture into each mould, filling to the brim.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the surface of the omelettes is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve.
